  1. Service Fees Service fees for consultations, application processing, and other services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.
  2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
    • If the service has not yet been initiated and you request a refund within 10 days of payment.
    • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons on our part.
  3. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact us at smarteducationpoint01@gmail.com with your payment details and reason for the request. We will review your case and notify you of our decision within 3 days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  4. Exceptions No refunds will be provided for:
    • Services already rendered or in progress
    • Visa rejections or admission refusals, as these are subject to the discretion of the respective authorities and institutions
  5. Changes to This Refund Policy We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
